This initiative will generate job opportunities for 185 individuals across various roles. The company has been incorporated as a private limited entity under the Companies Act 1994. The company's management will be overseen by a board of directors, who will set policies and provide guidance for operations. The managing director and directors will coordinate production and marketing activities. Skilled professionals will be recruited to support key personnel. The construction will include a prefabricated steel structured processing shed covering 16,400 square feet, and a four-storied office and dormitory building covering 2500 square feet up to the first floor. Other civil works will comprise a crane, labor shed, stock yard, boundary wall, internal road, and water reservoir. Infrastructure prerequisites such as skilled labor, power, water, transport, and telecommunication facilities have been considered. The project site, covering 350 decimal developed lands, has been acquired. Machinery and equipment, selected based on advanced technology and operational efficiency, will be imported alongside necessary local equipment like substation and workshop machinery. Water requirements will be met through a submersible water pump, while electricity from REB will be supplemented by a diesel generator during power outages.
